As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will perform evaluations and treatments based on physician orders, establish treatment plans, maintain communication with the treatment team, and supervise assistants in patient care activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist.
- Valid license from the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Community or hospice experience.
- New physical therapy graduates may be considered in select markets.
