About the Role

As a PT Preload Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining good working relationships with employees, management, and customers. You will facilitate training for new and current employees, conduct group meetings, coordinate evaluations with management, and supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely. You will also be expected to demonstrate UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

About You

Required:

Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
Management experience.
