Adoration Health is seeking a PTA / PRN - Home Health to join their team in Winston Salem, NC. The role involves providing expert, patient-centered care as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a home health setting.
About the Role
As a Home Health PTA, you will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist, maintain patient treatment documentation, and communicate patient needs and progress. You will work independently while having team support and will be responsible for enhancing rehabilitation programs with adaptive equipment.
About You
Required:
- Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant by state in which practicing.
- Current Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification, in accordance with state regulations.
Preferred:
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
