About the Role
As a Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Citi's public cloud strategy. Your tasks will include applying engineering best practices, developing tooling for cloud-first strategies, fostering innovation and automation, collaborating with technology teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and mentoring junior engineers.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience architecting and managing solutions in AWS or GCP.
- Strong experience with object, block, and file storage services from AWS and GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation pipelines.
- Experience with container orchestration and deployment tools.
- Competence in Python or Java.
Preferred:
- Proficient in building well-architected cloud solutions in GCP or AWS.
- Experience with automated test frameworks like Terratest or BDD-style frameworks.
- Experience with storage for High Performance Compute.
- Experience moving data at scale from on-premises to cloud.
- Experience deploying and managing Container Storage Interface (CSI) drivers.
