About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field from a four-year college or university.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous work experience as a member of a team with a strong understanding of open communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
- Previous industrial experience.
