About the Role
As a Public Safety Dispatcher, you will be responsible for receiving and prioritizing emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching Public Safety Officers, monitoring communication channels, and maintaining clear communication with hospital staff and emergency responders. You will also track the deployment of security personnel, maintain logs of calls and incidents, assist in emergency response plans, and provide training to new dispatchers.
About You
Required:
- Associates Degree in Criminal Science or Criminology.
- 1 year of experience in emergency dispatch, preferably in a healthcare or security setting.
