About the Role

As a PubSec Inside Account Manager, you will represent SHI as the primary contact for customer interactions, create pricing quotes for IT requirements, manage large customer deals, and provide excellent customer service and support. You will engage in deal registration, track progress using CRM tools, and proactively resolve issues related to product returns and customer concerns.

About You

Required:

Completed Bachelor’s Degree with a 3.0 cumulative GPA, or experience in a Customer Service role in a corporate or office setting preferred.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Ability to grow existing customer relationships.
Proficiency in account management and stakeholder management.
