About the Role
As a Pulmonary LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting assessments, administering medications, and implementing care plans. You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and contribute to positive patient outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining documentation, and educating patients and families on health maintenance.
About You
Required:
- 0-1 years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting required.
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure required or LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse required.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
Preferred:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
