About the Role
As a Purchase Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating real estate purchase closings, managing pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities, and ensuring accurate communication with clients, lenders, and real estate agents. Your tasks will include preparing and reviewing settlement statements, approving disbursements, and assisting with document corrections. You will work closely with the post-closing team and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience with title or closing company preferred.
- Experience utilizing ResWare or similar closing software preferred.
