- Ability to confidently lead a room of 20+ people.
- Strong work ethic and dependability.

- Background in dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, or fitness.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others.
- Musicality - ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music.
