As a Construction Billing Analyst, you will prepare and submit monthly billings, track receivables, verify billing accuracy, process lien waivers, maintain billing records, and partner with accounting to reconcile accounts.
About You
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Sage, Viewpoint, or Procore.
- Construction billing experience.
