About You
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Up to three years of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client facing skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus.
