About the Role
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will develop, enhance, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing automation scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, automating API testing, integrating scripts within CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
- Over 10 years of experience in QA automation, with at least 7 years focused on Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Strong understanding of Payments and Banking systems, standards, and protocols.
- Proven experience in automating complex workflows in financial applications.
- Familiarity with testing REST and SOAP web services.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead automation efforts and mentor team members.
Preferred:
- Industry certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or specific certifications in Payments or Banking.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards like PCI DSS, ISO 20022, or SWIFT.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
