About the Role
As a QMAP- PT-AM/PM, you will provide assistance to residents in areas such as activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and routine activities of daily living. Your responsibilities will include helping residents with daily tasks, maintaining cleanliness in their rooms, serving meals, and ensuring residents' attendance in the dining room. You will also be cross-trained to work in various levels of care, including assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
- Genuine compassion and patience for senior adults.
