- Bachelor's degree required (Nursing preferred)
- 3 years of quality improvement/project management in a healthcare environment (hospital preferred)
- Experience in leading and facilitating project teams
- 3 years of clinical experience within an acute care hospital (preferred)
- Current NJ Registered Nurse Licensure (preferred)
