About the Role
As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of service plans, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also manage incident reports, oversee staff training, and maintain fiscal spending within budget limits. Your role will involve direct interaction with consumers and guardians to ensure their participation in service planning.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services.
- A minimum of two years of verifiable work experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Preferred:
- One year previous supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities.
