As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) at CarDon and Associates, you will be responsible for managing medication schedules, administering medications as per physician's orders, monitoring residents for side effects, maintaining accurate medication records, and providing education to residents and their families regarding medication management.
About You
Required:
- Current certification as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in the state of Indiana.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of pharmacology and medication management.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
