As a Qualitative Lead, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding teams, and ensuring quality work while supporting the firm's growth initiatives. You will collaborate with partners on presentations and business development, focusing on cultural trends and foresight projects.
About You
Required:
- MBA or equivalent degree with a strong consulting background, ideally from an insight, brand, or innovation-led environment.
- Proven success in client relationships, problem solving, business development, and project management with C-suite.
Preferred:
- Strong experience in moderating focus groups, depth interviews, and workshops with a focus on cultural trends and foresight.
- Recognized as a thought leader in the cultural trends and foresight space.
