About the Role
As the Quality and Compliance Director on the Trust, Safety, and Support (TSS) team, you will lead a specialized team focused on identifying quality gaps, driving systemic improvements, and ensuring that trust and safety functions meet Epic's quality standards. You will develop scalable QA frameworks, analyze QA data for actionable insights, partner cross-functionally to create calibration processes, audit outputs for fairness and accuracy, investigate quality issues, and report on quality KPIs to senior leadership.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years in trust & safety or support quality assurance, risk operations or a related field within a technology or gaming company.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing quality, audit, or oversight teams.
- Experience auditing machine learning models and human moderation decisions.
- Strong background in classifier evaluation concepts and content moderation tooling.
- Proven experience evaluating vendor performance in global content moderation.
Preferred:
- Ability to distill complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and legal considerations tied to regulatory enforcement.
