About the Role
As a Quality and Point of Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing POCT activities to ensure compliance with CAP and The Joint Commission. Your tasks will include developing validation protocols, maintaining POCT interfaces, writing policies and procedures, and ensuring inspection readiness. You will also document deviations, utilize statistical process control methods, and resolve technical problems related to testing systems.
About You
Required:
- MLS/MT, BS degree
- ASCP certification
- Three (3) years of experience for Internal MT/MLS Candidates or six (6) years for External MT/MLS Candidates, including two (2) years in a supervisory/technical resource position.
Preferred:
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
