About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA cGMP and ISO 22716:2007 guidelines, reviewing quality system records, conducting batch record reviews, promoting Good Documentation Practices, assisting with validation documentation, and generating Certificates of Analysis. Additional responsibilities may include writing and revising SOPs, leading quality training sessions, and conducting investigations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED with over 5 years of experience.
- Associates degree (technical/STEM) with 3-5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree (technical/STEM) with 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret SOPs, batch records, and customer requirements.
