About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for developing automated test suites for end-to-end Video on Demand (VOD) workflows, writing scalable test scripts in Python, and validating video playback and metadata integrity across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and release readiness, identify and report bugs, and contribute to test strategy and system integration testing.

About You

Required:

Strong hands-on experience with Python-based test automation.
Familiarity with Allure or other modern test reporting tools.
Experience testing streaming video platforms, VOD workflows, or OTT systems.
Solid understanding of backend APIs and systems integration testing.
Ability to troubleshoot playback, encoding, or metadata issues.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
