About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining effective quality processes to prevent defects, developing and implementing quality standards, preparing quality reports, driving corrective actions, conducting pre-production reviews, and collaborating with various teams to ensure product safety and compliance with quality standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-10 years of Quality Engineering experience in assembly industries, preferably as Quality Manager.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Experience with Control Plans, SPC, Poka-Yoke, COPQ, and problem-solving tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP, Minitab, and welding/powder-paint experience.
- Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred).
