As a Quality Assurance Representative, you will be responsible for generating and sorting QA reports, communicating QA issues with external clients, prioritizing work, resolving QA cases, and ensuring compliance with CAP and New York State Department of Health regulations. You will also follow up on discrepancies and communicate with various stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience with customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
