About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing program quality plans, ensuring product quality, analyzing quality discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions. You will also conduct internal and external audits, manage configuration processes, and support performance improvement initiatives.

About You

Required:

Secret clearance required.
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
8 years of experience in quality programs such as verification and validation, configuration management, and continuous improvement.
5 years of experience in coordinating with program managers and analyzing business processes.

Preferred:

Top Secret clearance highly desired.
Experience with pending contract awards.
