About the Role
As a Junior Quality Assurance Tester, you will work closely with Associate and Senior testers to create comprehensive test scripts, document testing results, and collaborate with the development team. You will participate in UAT preparation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that testing is completed within agile sprints. Effective communication with stakeholders and technical teams is essential.
About You
Required:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active Public Trust Clearance (any agency).
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance testing.
- 1+ years of experience reviewing and analyzing data related to system quality.
- 1+ years of experience authoring test scripts.
- 1+ years of experience testing product backlog items and providing pass/fail documentation.
- 1+ years of experience working in an agile environment.
Preferred:
- Active DHS or DoW Public Trust clearance.
- Strong experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and App Engine.
- 1+ years of experience creating test scripts for UAT.
- Experience testing telephonic systems.
