Somatus is seeking a Quality Auditor - Bilingual to join their team in McLean, VA. The role involves managing a diverse workload to monitor and improve the Quality program for chronic kidney disease patients.
About the Role
As a Quality Auditor, you will provide support to local market teams while reporting to the Director of Audit and Risk. Your responsibilities include conducting audits, analyzing data for quality improvement, monitoring compliance risks, and collaborating with leadership to enhance the Quality program. You will also participate in employee training and maintain licensure while traveling to local renal care providers for oversight.
About You
Required:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with BS/BA in Nursing or BA/MSW in Social Work.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in data analysis and EMR navigation, with hands-on experience in Renal ICUE.
Prior clinical experience in dialysis or renal care setting.
Current state licensure and other states as deemed necessary by state law or client contract.
Minimum of three years recent clinical experience in a data-driven, quality-focused role with a health plan, hospital, dialysis center, or large physician practice.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills to effectively communicate data and reports.
Preferred:
Certification in healthcare quality, such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar.
Prior experience auditing calls and correlating to clinical documentation.
Experience in population health, implementing market strategies, analyzing interventions and outcomes, and quality indicator data.
Experience with data to inform clinical intervention processes and strategic decision making.
Knowledge of industry regulatory standards and accrediting bodies for population health and healthcare quality assurance.
