As a Quality Control Associate, you will train volunteers to sort, evaluate, and box donated products, create an inclusive environment, ensure safety procedures are followed, maintain cleanliness in work areas, assist with inventory management, and operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of volunteer management experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to enter orders into the system.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate an electric pallet jack.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Preferred:
- Experience in training and monitoring volunteers.
- Ability to perform basic math and manage inventory.
- Compassion for the mission of alleviating hunger.
