About the Role
About You
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Loan Operations, Loan Accounting, Documentation, and/or internal audit.
- Hands-on experience with loan reconcilement and GL balancing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of core banking system processes, preferably IBS.
- Proficiency with loan documentation and booking platforms such as Finastra LaserPro.
- Experience with Workday settlement or similar reconciliation solutions.
