About the Role
As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for site management, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also facilitate the company's quality control program and monitor workmanship throughout the project duration.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar role in government construction projects.
- Experience with RMS (Resident Management System) software.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30 certifications.
- CQM (Construction Quality Management) Certificate.
Preferred:
- Experience executing new construction and renovation projects.
- Secret Clearance.
