About the Role
As a Quality Coordinator - RN, you will assist in the development, planning, and implementation of the organization's quality program. Your responsibilities will include managing processes related to quality improvement, compiling data from various sources to support quality initiatives, and coordinating the release of data to external agencies and vendors. You will also supervise clinical review coordination.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Working knowledge of quality and peer clinical review processes, accrediting standards, regulatory requirements, and performance improvement methodologies.
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphics programs.
Preferred:
- CPHQ certification preferred or to be obtained within two years of hire date.
