About the Role
As a Quality & Education Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversight of the quality program, offering educational support, and identifying opportunities for performance improvement. You will play a key role in enhancing the quality of care and ensuring compliance with CHHA and Hospice regulations.
About You
Required:
- Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Prior staff experience working in a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) or Hospice Program.
Preferred:
- Prior Supervisory, Quality Assurance or Education experience.
- Strong computer skills including EMR, report generation and Excel.
- Reliable access to transportation to conduct home visits as needed.
