About the Role
As a Quality Engineer - Service Parts, you will lead corrective and preventive action plans, partner with suppliers to enhance quality systems, conduct supplier audits, analyze data using Microsoft Power BI and Excel, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of experience in a related role.
- 2+ years of experience in a related quality-focused role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI data visualization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with suppliers.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to change, and act decisively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience conducting supplier audits or working within a manufacturing or parts distribution environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a global organization.
