About the Role

As a Quality Engineer I, you will investigate manufacturing product quality and compliance issues, manage site non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and audit observations. You will provide technical support for audits, oversee product release, and optimize manufacturing processes using engineering methods. Collaboration with engineering teams and development of training materials for production will also be key responsibilities.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or scientific field, 0 years experience related work experience.
Master's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or scientific field, 0 years related work experience with previous internship.

Preferred:

Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite; CAD experience preferred.
Basic documentation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Basic understanding of statistical techniques.
Previous experience working with lab/industrial equipment preferred.
Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of and adherence to Quality systems.
