About the Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will develop and implement quality control processes, analyze production trends, lead quality initiatives, and provide training to staff. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and support audits and customer quality initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- 4+ years of Quality Engineering experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Professional quality accreditation (CQE or similar).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment.
