- Familiarity with automotive supplier OEM Portals.
- Proficiency in GR&R studies, CMM, SPC, GD&T, APQP, FMEA, and PPAP.
- Internal Auditor Certification (IATF 16949).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong manufacturing background.
- Ability to apply problem-solving and continuous improvement principles.

In addition, the eLIN Product Solutions Group focuses on Electrification and McLaren Engineering provides design, development, and testing services for the Mobility segment. Linamar’s medical solutions group, Linamar MedTech, focuses on manufacturing solutions for medical devices and precision medical components.
