About the Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will develop and maintain quality procedures, monitor and analyze manufacturing processes using SPC tools, investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, support NPD and production with PPAP preparation, lead cost-of-quality initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, delivery, and compliance goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering.
- Proficient in 8D, FMEA, CAPA, GD&T, and SPC.
Preferred:
- NDT Level 2 certification.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
