About the Role
As a Quality Improvement Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to measure performance outcomes and support leaders in enhancing child and family services. Your tasks will include developing data collection methods, creating reports to analyze performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards. You will also support continuous quality improvement across multiple programs and assist in administrative duties related to data analysis.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or a certification in Data Analytics.
- Minimum of two years' experience in generating, interpreting, and forecasting data.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in nonprofit organizations, preferably in child welfare, behavioral health, or healthcare settings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
