About the Role
As a Quality Lead Inspector, you will lead daily inspection operations, perform complex dimensional inspections, review blueprints, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will also mentor inspection staff, manage calibration schedules, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure material compliance.
About You
Required:
- Extensive CMM experience.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5M-1994).
- High school diploma or above; technical training or certifications preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a quality inspection environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
