About the Role
As a Quality Lead Technician, you will be responsible for reviewing operational records, tracking deviations, conducting quality assurance audits, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and providing training and leadership to staff. You will also maintain qualifications in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas, and assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry.
- Certification in Medical Historian, Phlebotomy, and Processing Technician.
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance in an FDA-regulated environment.
