Summary
Textron is seeking a Quality Operations Specialist, Logistics to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves overseeing quality assurance activities and managing quality program responsibilities for Army Aviation projects.
About the Role
As a Quality Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for quality program planning and management, developing and reporting quality metrics, conducting process audits, supporting corrective actions, and collaborating with military and commercial customers. You will also develop quality inspection plans for new programs and manage root cause and corrective action activities.
About You
Required:
- 4-Year Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Technology/Management, Engineering or similar.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Quality Professional in the aerospace industry.
- Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management System requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort around management, customers, and regulatory authorities.
Preferred:
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or other Continuous Improvement certification.
- Experience with FAA 14 CFR Part 21 and 145 regulations.
- Experience with SAP, Enovia, PowerBI dashboards, 3DX, Catia 6.
