About the Role
As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for performing final QA reviews, maintaining training documents, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with safety and health policies. You will collaborate with management to implement continuous improvement plans and manage training activities at the center level.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-year leadership experience or equivalent experience in a regulated environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or biological sciences.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Understanding of Quality Systems and/or regulated training requirements.
