About the Role
As a Quality Specification Manager, you will serve as a technical resource for various business units, supporting internal and external manufacturing locations, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, marketing, procurement, and new product development. Your responsibilities will include developing and standardizing specifications, coordinating approvals, managing documentation, and assisting in quality systems development.
About You
Required:
- BS degree in Engineering, materials science, packaging technology, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of quality specification related experience in the consumer products and/or food packaging industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and presentation skills.
- Solid project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- General working knowledge of materials used in food preparation and packaging products.
- Experience with quality systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and SpecRight.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel occasionally.
