- Bachelor's degree in a science-based area (e.g., Microbiology, Food Science, Dairy Science) or a minimum of 2 years demonstrated laboratory experience in a leadership capacity in the food manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
- Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions.
