About the Role
As a Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the effectiveness of core Quality Systems in compliance with regulations and industry standards. You will manage the long-term vision and strategy for these systems, oversee the Management Review program, and lead the Quality Systems team. Additionally, you will provide guidance on quality system-related matters, manage compliance issues, and develop training programs for employees.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in the biological and/or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and quality management principles, including GMP, ICH, and ISO standards.
- Experience applying global regulatory guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in people management within Quality.
- Experience in a supporting functional area such as Manufacturing or R&D.
- Certification in quality management systems.
