- Hands-on exposure to metrology tools such as tactile CMMs, vision systems, or handheld instruments.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
- Experience in motorsport, aerospace, or other precision industries.
- Exposure to CMM or optical scanning software.
- Basic understanding of quality systems and inspection documentation.
