Summary
ICF is seeking a Technical Lead to join their team in Reston, VA. The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of Pega-based solutions.
About the Role
As a Technical Lead, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for Pega development, oversee and mentor developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure code quality, manage project timelines, troubleshoot complex issues, and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
About You
Required:
- High school degree with at least 10 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
- 6+ years of experience with Pega PRPC, including system architecture, design, and development.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
- Must be a US Citizen and authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven) in a Pega context.
- Knowledge of cloud-based deployments (e.g., Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure).
- Exposure to Java, RDBMS, or other complementary technologies.
- Experience working on a project using the Scaled Agile Framework.
- Experience in a software development team building modern software products.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments or on government contracts.
- Maintained solutions using ServiceNow and other low-code/no-code platforms.
