Goliath Partners is seeking a Quantitative Developer to join their team in New York City. The role involves designing and implementing new trading strategies and enhancing the firm's portfolio of automated electronic trading strategies.
About the Role
As a Quantitative Developer, you will be responsible for developing in C/C++ or Python, focusing on low latency software engineering to build trading and hedging engines. You will also work on implementing new alphas for trading strategies and collaborate with research and development teams to enhance trading algorithms across various financial instruments.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
Proficiency in C/C++ or Python in a software or research capacity.
Experience with market data and simulation expertise.
Knowledge of trading algorithm development.
Experience designing and implementing strategies for equities, options, futures, bonds, or fixed income.
Preferred:
Exposure to collaborating with research and development teams.
Experience in low latency software engineering.

Total compensation up to $800k–$1.5M in the first year with potential for second-year guarantees.
