About the Role
As a Quantitative Researcher, you will build reproducible backtests for proposed models, contribute to the deployment of differentiated investment services, and develop infrastructure for modeling, optimization, and data management. You will also collaborate with various teams to commercialize new products and promote them through data-driven insights.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
- 4+ years of experience in systematic or quantitative investing or a higher degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience analyzing complex data and building statistical models.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
Preferred:
- Competency in SQL.
- Experience with direct indexing, especially tax-aware strategies.
- Programming competency in Java or Scala.
- Experience with AWS cloud computing technologies.
