About You
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in options market making.
- Deep understanding of options theory and pricing.
- Proficiency in programming (Python, C++, or others).
- Ability to perform under pressure and remain level-headed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with drive to innovate.
- Ability to make active decisions and speak one’s mind and take position.
